What's included?
Goals, Lifestyle & Diet Analysis
This will involve a full look at your current lifestyle, fitness, diet and your online coaching goals. You will be given a series of questions to answer through the app and I will use this to plan your schedule and approach. We will also have an initial chat for you to ask me any questions and for me to get a better overview from you to ensure I create a program that will work for you.
Personalised Training Program
I will craft your personalised training program based on your goals and my in depth analysis, to help you get on the path of reaching your goals. This training program will be easily accessed through my app where you can see exactly what you need to do for that day with video demonstrations and form tips. This training program will be specific to you and I will create this for your use either at a Gym or at Home, whichever you want to do will be up to us to decide before I allocate your program.
Nutrition Guidance & Macros
I will give you your personalised macronutrient profile, in line with your goals to ensure your diet and nutrition is at it's best to help you achieve your goals. This will be reviewed over the course of your time with me online coaching and changes will be made to suit you as your adapt. I will provide you with nutritional guidance and meal ideas, that will fit with what you like/dislike. We will work together to create a sustainable approach to your diet so you'll enjoy it!
Weekly Check Ins & 24/7 Support
Each week, we will have a catch up to see how the week has gone and get you ready for the week ahead. This is a chance for you to let me know what you like, dislike and what we can change if any changes need to be made. I am always only a message away for any questions through instant messaging, any day of the week!
Is Online Coaching For You?
Online coaching is where you will work with me, online to reach your fitness and physique goals. Similar to in person coaching/personal training, you will receive guidance from a qualified PT (me) however, you won't physically have to meet up with me to complete your workout. This is all done online, through an app where you will work through your workout that I have crafted for you, on your own schedule! This flexible way of personal training will give you the freedom to choose the time of day that you want to work out. You will receive ongoing guidance and support from me, any day, any time! Online coaching is for you if you are committed to putting in all your effort throughout the duration of your time with me. I will give you 110% and I expect the same in return so that you can reach your goals. My aim is to educate you on how to reach your goals and be by your side as you do this so that, even when you are finished your online coaching with me, you will have the knowledge to carry with you forever!
